摘要
本文首先回顾了胜任特征的兴起及发展以及胜任特征模型建构方法。然后将传统的人力资源管理与基于胜任特征模型的人力资源管理在五个方面作了比较,这五个方面是工作分析、招聘与选拔、培训与开发、绩效管理和职业生涯规划。在比较的基础上,我们发现了基于胜任特征的人力资源管理的优势。最后我们提出了基于胜任特征模型的人力资源管理应注意的事项。
This paper firstly introduced the origin and development of competency as well as methods and procedures of constructing competency model.on the basis of which,then we compared traditional human resource management with competency-based model's in five aspects including working analysis,recruitment and selection,training and development,performance management and staff career development etc.Competency model is a new topic,in order to make better use it,we put forward some suggestion finally.
