摘要
在创新制胜的知识经济时代,人才的稀缺性、巨大的增值空间和人力资本的高回报性,使大多数企业已经认识到核心员工是企业发展的关键。核心员工不仅为企业带来稳定可观的生产利润,而且影响企业长期的经营和发展,是企业拥有的核心财富和战略资源,对企业的生存和发展具有重要的战略意义。本文就核心员工内涵、饭店核心员工分类以及饭店核心员工的管理等问题进行探讨。
At the knowledge economy era when innovation is success,the scarcity of talented person,the space of huge increment and high repayment of human capital have already made the majority enterprises to realize that the key employees are critical for their development.The key employees not only bring the stable considerable profits for their enterprises,but also influence the long-term management and development,and they are the core wealth and the strategic resources which the enterprises owned,which is strategic for the enterprise's survival and the development.This article will disguss the questions about the defenition of Core employees,the classification of the hotel key employees and the management of the hotel key employees.
