教育公平主要是指教育机会公平、教育过程公平和教育结果公平。实现教育公平是实现社会和谐的重要指标,我国教育实施过程中的不公平主要表现为现实的不公平和制度性的不公平。在和谐社会的建设过程中教育公平实现的主要措施:第一,要加大教育投入,特别是农村基础教育投入力度;第二,要建立支付转移制度和优惠政策,加大对经济落后地区的教育支持;第三,要制定面向弱势群体子女教育的优惠政策;第四,要改革高考招生制度;第五,要从制度和法制建设的高度治理教育腐败。
