Studying the Problem of the Peasant during the Period of Ming-Guo

民国时期,割据山西的阎锡山对山西的农民问题曾加大力度加以解决,尽管他曾想通过“村制”“村政”等手段来完善农村的行政体制,通过“六政三事”来发展农业经济,但农民的生活却没有得到明显的改善。

During the period of Ming-Guo,the ruler of Shanxi,YAN Xi-shan,tried his best to deal with the peasant issue by many measures.He tried to improve the system of the village and develop the economy of agriculture,but the peasant's life hasn't got evident improvement.
