摘要
腐败问题一直是全党、全社会普遍关注的问题,领导干部腐败的外因主要有:社会发展的遗毒,体制转型的阵痛,现行制度的弊端,社会不正之风的影响以及预防和治理腐败的力度不够等方面。
The problem of corruption is always the one that the party and the society is concerned about.The external factors of leading cadre corruption chiefly have five reasons,such as: the bad influence of the society development,the bitterness of the system reforming,the influence of society unhealthy tendency and preventing and eradicating the corruption is not complete,etc.The aim of the paper is to find a good and scientific way to eradicate the corruption,thereby uprooting the appearance of corruption.
