对于全力构建社会主义和谐社会的中国而言,依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家,更是有着特殊的意义。我国的法治建设已取得了一定的成就,但是也存在不少的问题,构建社会主义和谐社会对我国的法治建设提出了更高、更新的要求。

As to China,with full wings to build a harmonious society,it has special significance for ruling our country by law and building our country into socialist country with government by law.We have made great progress in ruling our country by law.But there are still many contradictions,so we put forward more higher requirement for the construction of harmonious socialism to build a country ruling by law.
