摘要
近年来,我国警察受到侵害的案件时有发生,从1995年开始,每年因公牺牲的民警始终在400人以上。可以说“天天有牺牲,时时在流血”是近些年来全国公安民警的真实写照。在分析了警察权益受到侵犯的基本情况及造成这些现象的原因后,提出了保护我国警察权益的几点措施。
In recent years,it occurs often that policeman is attacked.Since 1995,the total number of police who sacrificed themselveslives for the cause in our country is more than 400 every year.So the reality is that our police are always facing the threat of being harmed.This paper introduces the basic situation and the cause of infringing police′s legal rights,and raises how to protect police′s legal right in our country.
