Research on Countryside Criminal Crime in Anhui Province

当前,随着社会主义新农村建设的推进,农村刑事犯罪呈现高发态势,并出现了一些新情况、新问题。应立足调查研究,认真分析各类犯罪的特点、原因和规律,用改革的思路和发展的办法,提出减少犯罪、维护稳定的有效对策,为维护农村社会稳定的科学决策提供参考。

Recently, along with the socialism new rural reconstruction advancing, the countryside criminal act gradually occurs, and produces some new situations and new questions. According to the investigation and research, this article analyzes each kinds of crimes’ characteristic, reason and rule, proposes some effective countermeasures to reduce crime and maintain social stability in terms of reform and development, and finally provides some reference for maintaining the countryside social stability.
