摘要
电脑是美术教学最可利用的工具之一。应用电脑美术教学不仅仅是一种新工具、新材料、新方法的引进,而且是新的观念、新的思维以及新的设计思想的转变。
Computers have become one of the most useful tools for arts teaching. Teaching arts through computers is not only a new tool, new material and new method, but also the change of new conception, new thought and new design idea .
