摘要
以藜芦醚为原料,用硝酸在0~5℃时硝化得到3,4-二甲氧基硝基苯,然后在混合溶剂(水和乙醇)中,用Fe/HAc将3,4-二甲氧基硝基苯还原成3,4-二甲氧基苯胺。两步反应总收率为91.4%,纯度≥98.0%。
A method for synthesizing 3,4-dimethoxybenzenamine was reported in this paper.The startingmaterial 3,4-dimethoxybenzene was nitrated by HNO3 under the reaction temperature 0-5℃ to obtain 3,4-dimethoxynitrobenzene,which was reduced by Fe/HAc in mixed solvent to give the title compound,yield:91.4%,purity(HPLC):≥98.0%.
