摘要
近些年来,我国公务员培训获得长足发展,但与国外先进理念及做法相比,仍存在一定差距。本文运用比较研究法,剖析国内、外公务员培训发展总体趋势及其异同,以获取相关经验、发现不足,进而提出相应建议。
Although civil servants' training of China has been constantly being developed in recent years, there are some gaps compared to foreign advanced idea and practice. By using Comparative Research Method, the article generally analyzes the developing tendencies and their similarities and differences of domestic and foreign civil servants' training so that we can not only get some experiences but also find out the problems exist in the development processes of domestic civil servants' training. Finally, the paper puts forward interrelated suggestions for solving these problems.
