摘要
高职高专院校女大学生是大学生中的一个特殊群体,她们在进行职业生涯规划时,受性别角色的影响,在心理上表现出高焦虑性、低成就期望和强烈的自我意识等误区。因此,对高职高专院校女大学生的职业生涯规划的教育必须结合高职高专人才培养模式和其自身的心理特点进行有针对性的辅导。
Female college students in vocational colleges are a special group.In their process of career planning,psychological problems such as high anxiety,low expectations of the achievements,and strong self-awareness are exposed affecting by sexual roles.Therefore,career planning education for female college students in higher vocational colleges must be integrated with training models and its own specific psychological characteristics of vocational college qualified personnel.
