人本管理是现代管理理论中的一个重要概念。人本管理思想符合历史唯物主义观点,符合管理的效益、效能原则,也符合时代潮流。我们应采取有效措施,加强和完善人本管理。
Human-centered management is an important concept in modern management theory.In this paper the author makes discussions on the connotation,theoretical foundation and measures of perfecting this specific management,and attempts to provide sufficient theoretical support for its improvement.
