大力发展高等职业教育是党中央、国务院的重大战略决策。高等职业教育承载着国家工业化向现代化迈进的重要使命。高等职业教育要在发展中求创新,在创新的推动下求发展,必须抢抓机遇,制定好发展战略目标,理顺体制和机制;以改革为主线,以发展为动力,以市场为导向,坚韧不拔,攻坚克难,自强不息,激流勇进,为我国生产力发展和社会进步作出贡献。

It is a significant strategic policy made by our central government to develop the senior vocational education greatly.The senior vocational education has the task of promoting the industrialization into the modernization of our country. Therefore it should combine the innovation and development and we should seize the opportunity,make the strategic plan,re- form it's system guided by the market,and make our best to contribute to our society.
