音乐欣赏促进大学生心理健康的理论探究

The Exploration of the Theory on Music Appreciation for Promoting College Students'Psychological Health

随着来自于外部和自身的种种心理压力的增加,大学生的心理健康问题日益严重,因此探索解决大学生心理问题的有效途径成为当前开展大学生心理健康教育工作的迫切需要。从分析大学生心理健康教育的必要性入手,结合自己多年的音乐欣赏教学经验和思考,提出了在高校开设音乐课程,通过音乐欣赏促进大学生心理健康的构想。

With the increasing amount of the external and internal psychological pressure,psychological problem for col- lege students are more and more serious.Therefore it is quite indispensable to explore effective ways to solve college students' psychological problem.In this text,from the angle of analyzing the necessity of college students'psychological health educa- tion,the author has proposed the hypothesis that music appreciation can promote college students'psychological health.
