The Upgrading & Cooperation of Industry of the Taihu Lake Region in the Global Value Chains

在对全球价值链有关理论梳理、评述基础上,分析认为嵌入全球价值链高端环节是环太湖地区产业升级的必然选择,同时,也需要环太湖地区加强产业合作,这种合作也对整个长三角地区更好嵌入全球价值链有着重要意义。应通过构建政府推动、市场导向、企业主导的环太湖区域经济合作模式,构筑环太湖一体化的科技中介服务体系等途径来完善和强化环太湖地区产业合作,使其发挥更大的作用。

On the base of review and commentary on the theory of the global value chains,the author thinks that embedding the high end of the chains is necessary for the upgrading of industry in The Taihu Lake area.So this area must strengthen cooperation with each other.The author also puts for ward some suggestions about it.In order to make the cooperation bring more effect,This area must build Economic Cooperation Mode of government pushing,market guiding and enterprise leading,and construct science and technology intermediary services system to strengthen and perfect it.
