摘要
中国法理学、法哲学在过去的一个世纪取得了历史性的成绩和进步,但现实还存在着不容忽视的问题;面对新世纪的挑战,应当有提升和发展中国法理学、法哲学的切实对策。
There have been great historic achievements and progress in Chinese jurisprudence and legal philosophy over the 20th century. However, there still exist problems that cannot be ignored. Faced with new challenges in the new century, we should adopt viable measures with which we can promote the development of Chinese jurisprudence and legal philosophy.
