Self-Innovative Capacity is the Source of Enterprise's Core Competitive Power

在竞争日益激烈的市场经济体系下,构建、提升企业核心竞争力成为企业发展的关键。而保持、增强企业核心竞争力又在于不断创新,该文在对我国企业自主创新能力现状分析的基础上,提出如何通过培养企业自主创新能力,来增强企业核心竞争能力。

In the intensely competitive market economy system,it is the key factor of enterprise's devel- opment to construct and enhance it's core competitive power,which depends on continous innovation.This paper,based on the analysis of Chinese enterprisel's current situation of self innovation,proposes the method to enhance enterprise's core competitive power by cultivating enterprise's self innovative capacity.
