Improving the Relationship between Teachers and Students and Constructing Harmonious Campus

良好的师生关系是和谐校园建设的一个重要内容,目前高职院校师生关系中存在着一些不良现象,要改善高职院校师生间的不和谐状况,实现师生关系和谐统一。老师要转变观念,学校要创造良好的校园文化,深化教学改革,注重学生全面发展。

Good relationship between teachers and students is a very important part of the construction of the harmonious campus.At present,there are some bad phenomena about this relationship in vocational colleges.To improve the disharmonious situation,we should start with the following aspects:Firstly,teachers should change their ideas;secondly,colleges should create good campus culture;thirdly,we should deepen the teaching reformation and concentrate on the overall development of the students.
