The Research on Family Factors Affecting the Job Hunting Intention of the Higher Vocational College Students

家庭因素对高职学生的求职意向究竟有哪些影响?本研究设计了一份问卷对南京某高职院的691名毕业生进行抽样调查。结果发现,学生的家庭所在地、家庭收入情况、父母文化水平等因素确实对高职学生的求职心理、就业准备、就业期望有重要影响,但同时调查也显示,这些家庭因素对学生选择求职单位的类型等方面并没有显著影响。

What influence do the family factors have on the job hunting intention of the higher vocational college students? A questionnaire surveying 691 graduates from a higher vocational college in Nanjing is designed to answer this question.After the research,the results show that the students' psychology,preparation and expectation of job hunting are obviously related to the family factors,such as the location of the family,the income of the family and the educational level of the parents.But at the same time,these family factors have little influence on the students' choices on the working unit's type.
