高职机电一体化技术专业“工学结合”人才培养模式的探索

Exploration on Cultivation Pattern of "Work-based Learning" in Mechatronics Integrated Technology in Higher Vocational Colleges

以无锡职业技术学院机电一体化技术专业为案例,提出了高职院校校外"打工实习"与校内"教学车间"相结合的"工学结合"教育模式,这种模式具有"内外结合、理实合一"的特点,更有利于培养学生的职业素养和职业能力。

Taking the program of Mechatronics Integrated Technology in Wuxi Institute of Technology as a case,the paper proposes the 'work-based learning' cultivation pattern which integrates 'plant practice with salary off campus' with 'teaching workshop on campus' in higher vocational colleges.The pattern is characterized with the features of'integration of inside and outside,combination of practice and theory',which must be more helpful to improve students' all-around quality and professional practical competence.
