农村职业教育课程体系的建立——兼论农村职业教育改革问题

The Establishment of Vocational Education Curriculum System in Rural Area Including Rural Vocational Education Reform

农村职业教育的目标为培养新农民,转移农村富余劳动力,培养社会主义合格劳动者。依据这一目标,农村职业教育的课程体系应该包括职业技能课程与通识教育的课程。课程实施中应建立双师型教师队伍,采取多样的教学方法。课程评价应切实做到"理论知识和实践能力的考核相结合、以实践能力的考核评价为主"。

The objective of vocational education in rural area is to train farmers with agriculture knowledge,to transfer surplus labor force and bring up qualified labor.Regarding the objective,the curriculum system should include vocational skill curriculum and general education curriculum.During the execution,double qualified teacher teams should be set up,and diverse teaching methods should be adopted.Both theoretical knowledge and practical skills should be evaluated,and practicing should be the main part.
