丹红注射液对不稳定型心绞痛患者脂质代谢和内皮功能的影响 被引量：4

摘要 目的 观察丹红注射液对不稳定型心绞痛患者脂质代谢和内皮功能的影响.方法 对照组35例采用常规治疗,治疗组45例在对照组的基础上辅以丹红注射液治疗,比较两组脂质代谢、血清一氧化氮(NO)和血浆内皮素(ET)水平.结果 丹红注射液组脂质代谢较对照组改善更为明显(P＜0.05),血清NO水平显著增高(P＜0.05);血浆ET水平显著降低(P＜0.05).结论 丹红注射液能明显改善不稳定型心绞痛患者脂质代谢,并能调节血管内皮细胞生成和释放NO和ET,保护血管内皮细胞功能,是一种较好的治疗不稳定型心绞痛药物.
