This article summarized the intraoperative care of 489 operations of thoracolumbar screw-rod instrument system internal fixation by posterior approach retrospectively and discuss the key points of sucessful intraoperative care. Effectively psychological nursing is the prerequisite of completing the operation smoothly; Adequate preoperative preparation and skillful intraoperative cooperation were the key component; Correctly placing patient’s operation position, carefully monitoring patients’ condition during operative period and strictly complying manipulation regulation are the important conditions of guaranteeing a successful operation and patient’ s safety.
