Development is an unity of economic,social and human development;according to the theories of western development,people's understanding of the development has experienced the conversion process from economic perspective,social perspective to human perspevtive.Economnic,social and human development constituted three basic aspects of development.They are not only mutally differences but also are interrelated.To establish and implement the scientific development concept,we must correctly understand and cope with their dialectical relationship.
