关于中国传统元素融入现代艺术设计教学中的思考

On the Merging of Chinese Traditional Elements into the Teaching of Modern Art Design

在国人忙于研究西方"现代主义"设计模式时,在上个世纪六十年代西方已悄然形成了注重历史文化内涵的"后现代主义"设计思潮。走中国民族特色的"现代主义"设计是当前艺术设计发展的必由之路。因此,在高校艺术设计教学中融入传统元素的教学是首当其冲的任务。抓住眼下的教育改革的机遇,在艺术设计教育中把传统艺术史论课程、传统装饰基础课程、基础设计课程以及专业设计课程等整个课程体系中融入传统元素教学。由教师引导和教育学生明确设计的方向,培养出适应社会发展需要的新一代设计师。

This article briefly analyzes the actualities of the development of Chinese modern art design,while people are crazy about the research of western mode of 'modernism',the thoughts of 'post-modernism' came into being in the 1960s,which highlighted historical and cultural meaning.It is extremely necessary that we stick to the ideas of 'modernism' with Chinese national characteristics.Thus,it is urgent to merge traditional elements into teaching of art design in universities and colleges.We should seize the opportunities of educational reforms and apply the teaching of traditional elements into the whole system of curriculum,such as courses of theory of history of traditional art,elementary courses of traditional decoration,courses of basic design and professional art design.The teachers must guide and educate the students to set up their correct orientation and nurture new art designers that are suitable for the development of society.
