One of the productions of public key is digital signature.The paper introduces the RSA public key algorithm.Based on the theory of digital signature,the encrypt technique of digital signature is achieved.Then it analyses the time complexity of the RSA algorithm.The result has the abilities of no deny and the information integrality.Also it can pretend the counterfeit of others.
