Young college and university teachers are the most promising and essential part of a collage or a university.Their vocational ethics not only is tightly linked with the qualities of the students and the scientific study of the college,it also can directly influence the enforcement of the national education strategies of this century.What is more,from a long run,their vocational ethics will determine the nation's future.However,under the influence of different complicated circumstences the young teachers are faced many new problems with their vocational ethics,which should not be ignored.Among these problems,some hampers their all-round self-development rootly,and they all go against the basic principles and spirits of the teachers vocational ethics.Some even hinder the enforcement of the national education policies,and this does no good to the cultivation of the students.The construction of the vocational ethics has practical significance.
