山区公路土石混填路堤施工质量控制分析

The Road Construction Quality Control of Soil-stone Embankment in Hilly Areas

在山区高等级公路建设中,经常会遇到土石混填的路堤,如何保证其施工质量是施工中不易解决的问题。本文结合多年土石混填路堤的试验和施工实践,摸索出采用静重15 t的振动压路机施工,根据土、石比例不同而采用不同的铺料厚度、碾压遍数等施工参数,在施工中取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

It is not easy to assure the construction quality when the highway is constructing in the stage of soil-stone embankment in hithy areas.This paper takes soil-stone embankment test sections and constructing practices for references,and tries to find out that by working with 15t-vibration road roller,the construction parameter,such as the mixture paving thickness and rolling times,is varied as soil-suone scale changes;consequently,economic and social benefits are gained under construction.
