Analysis on Investment and Finance for Highway

本文通过对我国高速公路投融资体制现状的分析,剖析了现行高速公路投融资体制存在的问题,并借鉴国外成功的高速公路投融资经验,提出了建立和完善我国高速公路投容积体制的基本设想。

This paper makes an analysis of the system of the investment and finance for highway in our country and a further consideration of the existing problems is qiuen.And drawing on the foreign success ful experiences,this paper also qiues its suggestion for our constructing and improving of the system.
