论编辑工作中的主动与被动

Initiative and Passiveness in Editing

传统的编辑概念束缚编辑工作者的思维,限制编辑工作的积极性,这一现象已逐渐被人们所认识。现代期刊编辑工作者应该摆脱束缚,把期刊所登载信息的价值取向作为工作的重点,精心设计和制订出详细的出版计划,并且按照计划积极组织稿件,主动参与审稿和创造性的编辑加工。这样才能使期刊编辑在工作中变被动为主动,充分发挥其积极性和创造性,极大地提高科技期刊的办刊质量。

The traditional editing concept places a limit on the thinking of the editor as well as the editing enthusiasm,which has been aware gradually.The present journal editor should get rid of the constraint and put emphasis on the value of what is published.The publishing plan should be made in details carefully,and the contribution should be strictly organized according to the plan.Also the editor should participate in the contribution examining and revising actively and creatively.Thus,the journal editing could be done initiatively and creatively,and the quality of the science journal editing could be improved easily.
