优化脉冲IPL技术治疗咖啡斑98例

Treatment of cafe-au-lait of 98 cases with Optimal Pulse Technology IPL

目的:观察优化脉冲IPL技术(Optimal Pulse Technology,OPT-IPL)治疗咖啡斑的疗效。方法:采用波长介于515～1200nm的OPT治疗仪治疗咖啡斑98例,每次治疗间隔3～5周,4次为一个疗程,观察临床疗效及不良反应。结果:98例患者,治愈58例,显效28例,有效7例,总有效率96.93%。5例复发,复发率5.10%。结论:采用优化脉冲IPL技术治疗咖啡斑副作用少、皮肤损伤小且不影响日常工作,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Optimal Pulse Technology(OPT) in the treatment of cafe-au-lait.To investigate the appropriate treatment for cafe-au-lait.Methods 98 cases of cafe-au-lait were treated by 515～1 200nm OPT instrument.Every period of treatment includes 4 times treatments ,at an interval of 3～5weeks.Observe the clinical effect and make track record.Results 98 cases of cafe-au-lait patients treated by OPT were tracked.Among the group 7 cases are General effect,28 cases are excellent effect,58 cases are completely cured.The curative effect rate is 96.93%.5 cases cafe-au-lait appear again after four times treatment.Conclusion OPT is a new generation of Intense Pulsed Light,which have been proved effective ,safe and valuable for the treatment of café-au-lait without interposition and no destroy,It is no down time and less complication.So OPT can be popularized in the clinic treatment for the cafe-au-lait.
