健脾补肺对D-半乳糖诱导小鼠皮肤衰老模型影响的实验研究

Strengthening Spleen and Supplementing Lung:the anti-aging effects on skin of mice modle established by D-galactose

目的:观察健脾补肺对抗皮肤衰老的作用。方法:建立小鼠D-半乳糖衰老模型,与维生素E比较,观察健脾补肺方(资生汤)高、中、低三个剂量组对羟脯氨酸、透明质酸、皮肤蛋白和形态学的效应。结果:资生汤可以提高皮肤羟脯氨酸和皮肤蛋白的含量,改善皮肤衰老形态学。结论:健脾补肺对D-半乳糖所致小鼠衰老皮肤有对抗作用。

Objective To investigate the anti-aging effect of Strengthening Spleen and Supplementing Lung on skin.Methods The aging mice modle established by D-galactose,compared with Vitamine-E,to investigated the effect of hydroproline(HPY),hyaluronic acid(HA) and protein and morphology of skin with the dose of high,middle and low of Zisheng Tang.Results The result showed that the Zisheng Tang could increase the the content of HPY and protein in skin,improve the morphology of skin.Conclution Strengthening Spleen and Supplementing Lung has anti-aging effects on aging mice's skin.
