摘要 文章利用哈交99-5404-1×哈交99-5448-4构建的RIL群体,绘制了RIL群体F连锁群图谱,检测到一个油分含量QTL,与引物Satt193和Satt259连锁,贡献率为6.57%。与F2比较,RIL群体基本特征发生了一定的变化,但差异不显著,同一连锁群上的引物仍能够连锁,而且贡献率大的QTL在RIL群体中能够重现,但引物连锁顺序和贡献率都发生了改变。 The lines Hajao 99-5404-1×Hajao 99-5448-4 were used to be contributed RIL population.One of oil QTL was detected in soybean F group.The QTL was linkage with primer Satt193 and Satt259,and its ratio was 6.57%.Compared with F2 population,the difference of two populations was insignificance.The QTL for the oil that was located in F2 population was verified to reappear.And the primers were still in the one linked group,but the primers linked order and inheritance contribution ratio had changed.
