摘要 UCC10 000 t/d熟料水泥生产线的CDC分解炉为喷旋结合型,为弱旋流和强对流复合型流场。CDC分解炉三次风从切向方式进入,在分解炉内产生弱旋流效应,有利于燃料同新鲜空气的充分接触;而由上升烟道处的高温窑气进入分解炉后会产生较为强烈的喷腾效应,利于风、料、煤的充分混合以及热量的充分交换;在CDC分解炉的中部设置的缩口会产生二次喷腾效应,保证了料、气的充分接触,避免了燃料的集中燃烧而产生局部高温,保证了温度场的均匀性。UCC项目分解炉的设计考虑了重油燃烧的特点而对其作了特别的改进。该CDC分解炉对NO_x排放的控制措施是:还原热力型NO_x及燃料NO_x,控制高温时合成的NO_x。UCC项目采用CNC型大涡壳进口预热器,具有高效分离和低阻力的优点。UCC项目还采用了旁路放风技术。 CDC calciner used for UCC 10 000 tpd clinker cement production line is in swirl-spurt type and has a composite flow field,which combined weak swirl flow with strong convection.The tertiary air entered CDC calciner in tangent direction that will lead to weak swirl flow and will be helpful for fuel to mixed with fresh air sufficiently.While high temperature kiln gas from rising duct entered the calciner will cause strong vortex-spouting effect,which will favorable to air,raw meal and coal blending and heat exchanging.The shrinkage at the middle part of CDC calciner will lead to secondary vortex-spouting effect,which will let the raw meal to contact with air sufficiently,and to prevent concentrated burning of fuels from local high temperature,then guaranteed the uniformity of temperature field.Considering the burning properties of HFO,special improvement was given to the calciner during design.Measures for NOx emission control to the CDC calciner consist in reducing thermo-dynamical NOx and NOx content in fuel,while controlling combination of NOx in high temperature atmosphere. CNC preheater with large snail shell inlet used for UCC project featured high separating efficiency and low resistance.Besides,by-passing technology was used for UCC project.
