摘要
UCC万吨熟料水泥生产线采用了CDC系列低压损低氮型预分解烧成系统。CDC系列低压损低氮型预热预分解系统是成都院在完备的理论研究和大量试验基础上,结合已投产项目的使用情况,不断总结论证后开发的第二代预热预分解系统。该系统具有结构设计合理,节能效果显著,系统阻力低,分解炉炉容大,物料停留时间长,适应燃料能力强等优点。CDC系列日产万吨熟料预热预分解系统的成功应用,打破了欧美公司在该领域的垄断地位,填补了国内的空白。
UCC 10 000 tpd clinker cement production line adopted CDC series low pressure-drop,low NOx type preheating & precalcining system,which is the second generation of pyro-processing system developed by CDI based on perfect theoretical research and a number of experimental study,and based on summarizing the operation experiences from completed projects.This system exhibited the advantages of reasonable structural design,distinct energy saving effect,low systematic resistance,large volume for the calciner,longer retention time for materials and stronger adaptability for various fuels.The successful application of CDC 10 000 tpd preheating & precalcining system has broken the market situation monopolized by European and American companies in this field and filled a blank in domestic cement equipment manufacturing.
