摘要
UOC10 000 t/d熟料水泥生产线以"性能可靠、技术先进、经济实用、节能降耗"为工艺设计的总体原则,其特点为:窑头废气处理使用袋收尘器;窑尾废气降温没有使用增湿塔;窑尾废气处理使用旁路放风系统;燃料使用天然气和重油。采取措施解决了调试中部分车间扬尘严重,生料磨达不到设计产量,窑尾烟室有结皮现象等问题。调试后,该生产线实现了一次性点火成功;一次性投料成功;一次性考核通过。
The general process design principles for UCC 10 000 tpd clinker cement production line consisted in'reliable properties,advanced technology, economy with applicability,energy saving and reduction of consumptions'.The project featured that bag filter was used for waste gas treatment at kiln outlet,no conditioning tower was installed for waste gas temperature reduction after preheating tower,by-pass system was used for waste gas treatment,and natural gas and HFO were used as fuel.Measures were taken to solve the problems like serious dust emanation in partial workshops,output of raw mill below design capacity, and accretions occurring in smoke chamber at kiln inlet etc.After commissioning,this production line was successful ignited,loaded and passed the performance test at one time.
