Electric design for UCC 10 000 tpd clinker cement production line

阿联酋UCC10 000t/d熟料水泥生产线项目的高低压供电系统、防雷接地及保护接地系统、控制系统的设计及电气设备的检查安装、电缆敷设及检查连接、相关设备试验等调试安装工作均按照英国国家标准(BS标准)或国际电工委员会标准(IEC标准)设计施工,经过努力,最终顺利通过了国际咨询公司的审查。工程管理应该建立详细的质量管理和设备及相关文件管理制度,以保证工程建设的顺利实施。

All the design,installation and commissioning works for HV and LV power supply, thunder-proof earthing and protection earthing systems, design of control system,electric equipment installation checking,cable laying and connection checking,as well as relative equipment test run for UCC 10 000 tpd clinker cement production line were based on BS or IEC standards.On our own endeavor,the project was confirmed by international consulting company.During the project construction,detailed management regulations for quality control,equipment control and document control should be established to ensure smooth execution of engineering.
