Analysis of Stress in Coil Eye Formation on Hot Coilbox

摘要 热卷箱中卷眼形状是影响稳定卷取的关键因素。通过有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对热卷箱成卷过程的模拟,揭示了中间坯成卷过程中一次弯曲时在长度、宽度方向上不同的纵、横向应力分布状态。提出了上弯曲辊组应采取分别调节方案,使头部弯曲分两个阶段完成,从而缓解中间坯在出口弯曲辊的受力,以使应力的分布合理化,避免中间坯头部发生皱褶,提高金属收得率。 Form of coil eye is the main factor affecting coiling stability in hot coilbox.Through the simula- tion of the plate coiling process by FEM software ANSYS/LS-DYNA,the distributions of longitudinal and traverse stresses across the length and width of the coiling plate are gained in the first bending.And it showed that longitudi- nal stress is bigger than the stresses in other directions.Finally a technological plan to adjust dividedly the bending rollers is presented,so that being separated two phase in top bending,alleviating force at exiting bending rolling of plate for a uniform stress distribution,avoiding ruffle of the top of plate to enhance yield.
