摘要
针对热轧带钢平坦度闭环控制系统存在的多扰动、非线性等特点,提出了模糊自适应PID控制算法,克服了传统PID控制器的缺陷,通过在线自适应调整PID参数提高了系统的快速性和稳定性,仿真表明,该算法具有较好的控制效果。
Aimed at characteristics of more interferences and nonlinearities in closed-loop control system of hot-rolling strip flatness,a control algorithm based on fuzzy adaptive PID is put forward.The speediness and stability of the system is improved by on-line adaptive adjusting PID parameters.The simulation result shows the effectiveness of this algorithm.
