摘要
以辽河加氢尾油为原料,改性ZSM-5分子筛为催化剂,采用X射线衍射法、NH3吸附TPD法和碳氢等分析法,考察了磷及水蒸气改性对ZSM-5分子筛的酸性和积炭的影响,并建立了催化剂积炭动力学模型。结果表明,水蒸气处理磷改性ZSM-5分子筛结构未被破坏,其积炭质量分数低于未改性、磷改性或水蒸气改性者;对ZSM-5分子筛催化裂解加氢尾油动力学行为的研究,获得了积炭质量分数动力学方程。
The effects of phosphorus and steam modification on acidity and coking of ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst were studied by X-ray diffraction,NH3-TPD and carbon-hydrogen analyzer,with Liaohe hydrocracking tail oil as raw material,modified ZSM-5 zeolite as catalyst.The model of catalyst coking dynamics was established.The results showed that the structure of the steam and phosphorus modified ZSM-5 zeolite had not been destroyed.Its mass fraction of coking was lower than that of unmodified,phosphorous modified and steam modified ones.Dynamics model of mass fraction of coking was obtained by researching the dynamics of the ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst used in the catalytic pyrolysis process of hydrocracking tail oil.
