摘要
以减压蒸馏二线抽出物为原料,在重油酮苯脱蜡装置的两段过滤工艺中,采取更换冷洗喷头,封堵过滤机底部抽真空过滤面积,调整一段、二段过滤机进料温度分别为-10℃,0℃等措施,进行了58℃石蜡的工业化生产。根据石蜡熔点要求,对原料质量进行调整,调整前后二者性质依次为:密度844,860 kg/m3,50℃运动黏度17.5,19.5 mm2/s,闪点218,225℃,初馏点362,365℃,终馏点464,475℃。结果表明,改造后蜡含油质量分数维持在1.0%以下,蜡平均收率提高了5.61个百分点,缩短了石蜡生产工艺流程,年创效2 600万元。
58℃ wax was produced by two-stage vacuum filtration of acetone-benzol dewaxing unit with the fraction of the second side-cut vacuum distillation as material.The unit was remoulded by renewal of cool washing shower nozzles,pluging part of filtering area at the bottom of the vacuum filters and adjusting feed temperature on first/second-stage filters to-10℃,0℃ respectively.The feed stock qualities were justified: density from 844kg/m3 to 860kg/m3,kinematic viscosity from 17.5mm2/s to 19.5mm2/s,flash point from 218℃ to 225℃,initial boiling point from 362℃ to 365℃,final boiling point from 464℃ to 475℃.The results showed that after remoulding,the wax yield raised by 5.61 present point,the economic benefit was 26 million yuan per year.
