常减压装置换热网络的改进 被引量:1

Modification of heat exchanging networks of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit

摘要 利用PROⅡ软件,模拟常减压装置的换热网络工况,采用“夹点”技术对其进行优化改进。结果表明,在原油组成相对接近的情况下,原油电脱盐前温度较调整前提高6℃;原油电脱盐后温度较调整前提高12℃;换热终温达到282℃,较调整前提高16℃;装置年节约费用265.76万元。 The operating model of heat exchanging networks of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit was simulated with PRO Ⅱsoftware,and optimized by 'pinch-point' technique.The results showed that in the case of similar composition of crude oil,the oil temperature before electric desulting raised by 6℃than that before modification,and the oil temperature after electric desulting increased by 12℃ than that before modification.The heat exchanging ultimate temperature reached to 282℃,increased by 16℃ than that before modification.The economic benefit was 2.66 million yuan per year.
