烯烃聚合流化床反应器宏尺度模型化

摘要 综述了宏尺度反应器模型,并对流化床反应器的几种典型模型(全混流模型、两相和三相模型以及小室模型)的特点进行了分析和比较。指出全混流模型过于简化,不能反映反应器内非理想的流动和混合状态;而两相、三相模型可以满足一般的工业生产要求,但是将气泡相和乳胶相假设为全混流或平推流,同样偏离实际,且计算过程较为复杂;形象直观的小室模型可以更准确地反映反应器内的流动和混合过程,计算过程较为简单,具有广泛的应用前景。 To set up the whole mechanism model of the performance of industrial-scale gas-phase olefin polymerization reactors,the multi-scale mathematical modeling approach was developed based on proper simplification.Macro-scale phenomena and the characteristics of several models were reviewed with 21 references.To sum up,the well-mixed model was too simple to reflect the non-ideal flow and mixing pattern in the reactor.Both the two-and three-phase model consider the bubble or emulsion phase to behave as CSTR or PFR which could not fully reflect the real flow pattern in the reactor,moreover the calculation is somewhat complex.By comparison,the compartment model which behaved between CSTR and PFR was more reasonable and the calculation was simple,therefore,the compartment model would be widely used in this field.
