采用缓和湿式氧化脱臭-间歇式生物氧化组合工艺处理碱渣废水 被引量:4

摘要 中国石油玉门油田分公司采用缓和湿式氧化脱臭-间歇式生物氧化组合工艺处理炼油厂硫化物质量浓度为15 g/L,化学需氧量(CODCr)为2.45 g/L,挥发酚质量浓度为80 mg/L的碱渣废水。生产实践表明,在氧化反应器温度为160℃,反应压力为1.2 MPa,回流量为4~5 m3/h,空气比为2~3,曝气时间为6 h,沉降时间为2 h的工艺条件下,碱渣中硫化物及挥发酚的去除率分别为99.9%,98.7%,CODCr下降率为97.3%。 The alkali dregs wastewater from refinery with mass concentration of sulfide 15g/L,chemical oxygen demand(CODCr) 2.45g/L and the mass concentration of volatile phenol 80mg/L was treated by integrated process of mild wet air oxidation deodorization and intermittent biological oxidation.The practical operation results showed that,under the optimum conditions of the oxidation reaction temperature 160℃,the reaction pressure 1.2MPa,the reflux value 4~5m3/h,air mass ratio 2~3,aeration time 6h and the settlement time 2h,the removal rates of sulfide and volatile phenol of alkali dregs wastewater were 99.9% and 98.7% respectively,and the droop rate of CODCr was 97.3%.
