摘要
针对乳聚丁苯橡胶工艺的生产废水处理特点,开发出了DEA技术。中试应用结果表明,DEA技术处理效果显著,仅DEA处理单元的化学需氧量(CODCr)下降率均值就高达70%左右,大大降低了后续生化处理的负荷;综合处理后,废水的CODCr,生化需氧量和悬浮固体物含量的下降率分别在95%,95%,70%以上,其水质参数均达到了GB 8978—1996(污水综合排放标准)的一级排放指标,可以在现有装置上实现中水回用。
DEA treatment technique was developed in allusion to the wastewater characteristics of emulsion styrene butadiene rubber(E-SBR) process.The pilot-scale application experimental results showed that DEA technique had remarkable effect on E-SBR wastewater treatment and greatly reduced the load of following biochemical process,for example,only the average droop rate of the chemical oxygen demand(CODCr) in the DEA unit reached 70%.After the comprehensive treatment,the droop rates of CODCr,the biochemical oxygen demand(BOD5) and the content of SS(suspended solid thing) of E-SBR wastewater were more than 95%,95% and 70% respectively.The treated water quality parameters could meet the indexes of class Ι in integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB 8978—1996).So the DEA treatment technique could be used in the existing device to achieve water reuse.
