摘要
本文的提出了虎林市建设生态城市的观点,着重从生态城市的涵义、特征及建设生态城市意义等方面进行了论述。并结合虎林市的生态环境现状,强调了生态城市建设是发展生态环保型效益经济、走新型工业化道路的客观需要,是跨越式发展的必由之路。
The paper discusses meaning and character of ecological city and significance of ecological city construction of Hulin city.According to entironment condition of Hulin,it is pointed out that ecological city construction is the only way of sustainable development.
