初治活动性肺结核T淋巴细胞亚群检测及其临床意义 被引量：4

摘要 目的观察肺结核患者血清中T淋巴细胞亚群变化,探讨其免疫状态改变的临床意义。方法采用流式细胞术检测89例初治活动性肺结核患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+并结合临床资料进行分析。结果与健康对照组比较,初治活动性肺结核患者外周血CD4+、CD4+/CD8+显著降低,而CD8+差异不显著;与血清结核抗体阴性者相比,结核抗体阳性者CD4+、CD4+/CD8+显著降低;T细胞亚群变化与排菌状态及病变范围无明显关联。结论单纯T淋巴细胞亚群计数检测虽然在一定程度上反映了机体的免疫状况,但不能作为判断病情变化及预后的主要依据。
