The Genesis and Development of Free Logic in the 20th Century

自由逻辑作为一个新兴的哲学逻辑分支在20世纪50年代产生。经过近50年的发展,自由逻辑已经在证明论和语义学发展方面达到较为完善的形态,但是国内学界在这一领域的研究却很少。通过对自由逻辑在20世纪产生和发展过程的介绍,指出自由逻辑的重要意义和价值,以引起国内学界的注意,深入开展这方面的研究工作。

Free logic appeared in the fifties of the 20th century. It is a new branch of philosophical logic. Free logic has been well developed in the proof-theory and semantics since it appeared. However, little work on free logic has been done in the domestic academic circle. The author introduces how free logic was created and developed in the 20th century. The significance and the value of free logic are pointed out. The author expects more people to work on the field and to promote the development of free logic.
