摘要
针对光纤陀螺测斜仪对数据传输系统的需求,设计并实现了具有双向数据传输功能的光纤陀螺油井测斜仪电缆遥测系统。从遥测系统电缆传输特性分析、通信协议、基带调制和信道编码等方面展开研究。曼彻斯特码和CRC检验保证了传输数据的准确性,完全数字化(FPGA+DSP)和开放式通信协议设计使得系统方便升级和完善,并且相对成本低,体积小。样机的实验室和现场实验结果表明:其数字和模拟电路工作正常,实现了测斜仪对传输系统的通信速率和误码率的设计要求。
Aimed at requirements of a fiber optic gyroscopes(FOG) inclinometer,a half duplex logging cable telemetry system has been designed and implemented.Analyzed are cable transmission character,communication protocol,baseband modulation and channel coding,etc..Manchester code and CRC ensure correct data transmission,application of completely digitalized FPGA & DSP,as well as design of open system interconnect reference model(OSI/RM),make the system be small in volume and low in cost,and be easy to be upgraded and improved.Test of the prototype shows that both of its digital and analog circuit work well,and its communication rate and bit error rate meet the requirements of the design.
